Depending on the entry conditions, the inability to attend the festival (illness, travel, commitment, etc.) or the mistaken purchase of the ticket(s). They are not reasons that allow its return. EVENT CANCELLATION: Under what circumstances am I entitled to a refund?

1. Once the ticket has been purchased, only the total amount will be changed or refunded. in case of TOTAL cancellation of the festival, as indicated in the general entry conditions, which the attendee accepts when making the purchase. Therefore, the cancellation of one of the performances on the artist lineup, for any extraordinary reason, is not a reason that allows the right to a refund.

In the case of a refund due to total cancellation of the event, only the amount of the ticket will be refunded, that is, the expenses incurred for attendance (such as hotels, flights, etc.) are at the buyer's own expense and risk, and cannot be borne by the event promoter.

In the event of total cancellation of the festival, the purchaser may request a refund within a period not exceeding 14 days or within the period legally determined from the date of public communication of the cancellation, in the manner specified by the Organizer.

*In the exceptional case of the 2023 edition, the claims period was extended in consideration of the circumstance, closing the incident resolution process in December 2023.

IMPORTANT: The deadline for submitting claims will be one calendar month after the festival is held. For logistical reasons, it will not be possible to guarantee that claims received after this deadline will be resolved.

Yes, Phe Festival wants to be an event open to all public, including children (up to a prudent hour such as 11:00 p.m., as indicated by current regulations).

But to organize ourselves in the most appropriate way, it is important to pay attention to these indications about ages, and above all the need to attend accompanied and authorized:

Children under 12 years of age have free access to the festival*.
Children between 13 and 17 years old must buy their normal ticket.
Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by their mother/father/authorized guardian.
To access the festival they must have a signed authorization from the legal guardian of the minor, which can be downloaded and delivered on the day of the festival, or it can be filled out by the mother/father/authorized guardian at the box office of the venue.

DOWNLOAD AUTHORIZATION

During their stay on the premises, the parents or legal guardians will be responsible for any action carried out by the minor.

In addition to authorization, responsible adults will need to bring a valid ticket. They must accompany the minor at all times, since their stay is not possible individually.

Failure to comply with the above requirements will be grounds for expulsion from the venue and will not give the right to any refund of the price paid for the minor's ticket.

How is noise managed at Phe Festival?

Phe Festival features a prior acoustic planning, prepared by competent technical personnel, and establishes prevention and management measures aimed at minimizing potential disturbances to the local population and complying with applicable regulations.

Is a noise assessment conducted before the festival?

Yes. The Environmental Report It includes an acoustic impact study of the event and its potential effects on the surrounding area. The assessment takes into account the characteristics of the venue, the sound system installation, and the potential buildings and receptors affected.

The results make it possible to define the corrective and preventive measures planned for the event.

What measures are being taken to prevent noise disturbance?

Acoustic planning takes into account the location of homes and other potentially affected receptors. The configuration and orientation of sound systems are carried out in a way that minimizes the unnecessary propagation of sound toward areas outside the venue.

Furthermore, operating criteria and preventive measures are established to reduce potential nuisances resulting from noise activity.

Are acoustic control systems used?

Yes. Phe Festival features acoustic control systems and tools that are part of the technical planning of the event. These resources make it possible to carry out the acoustic checks and controls planned for the different phases of the activity, in accordance with the technical needs at any given time.

What measures are being taken to reduce the inconvenience?

Acoustic planning includes measures aimed at reducing the impact of sound on homes and other nearby receptors, including the configuration of the sound system and other corrective measures provided for in the technical study.

Are schedules taken into account?

What is Phe Festival's commitment?

Phe Festival maintains a a preventive approach to noise management, based on the preliminary technical assessment, the planning of the sound system, the implementation of preventive and corrective measures, consideration of the schedule, and handling of potential incidents.

The goal is minimize disruption to the local population and promote harmonious coexistence between the festival and its surroundings.

No, ticket resale is not allowed.

Many times fake or duplicate tickets are resold. The person who has purchased a resold ticket assumes all responsibility in the event that their ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied or falsified, and loses all rights to access the venue.

Phe Festival declines all responsibility for tickets purchased at unofficial points of sale.

Phe Festival is not responsible for possible price differences with other means or sales channels.

If you ultimately cannot attend the festival, you can give your ticket to someone else. In the email received with your ticket you will find the option to change your name, in the 'manage my ticket' section. You can also contact Tickety staff to make the name change.

The acquisition of drinks, food, or market products will be made, as in previous editionss, using the cashless bracelet. With your bracelet, you can enter and leave the venue easily without having to have your ticket on hand, and it will also be your wallet. You just have to take care of your bracelet as if it were your wallet and recharge it to make your payments. It is secure and gives you access to your history and balance at all times.

You can top it up with the amount you want at any time before and during the festival, both online and at physical points. Cashless bracelets can be recharged either with card, as with cash no problem.

Don't worry about the money you don't spend, it's all yours. When Phe 2026 ends, request a refund by following the instructions on the festival's website within the stipulated deadline so that the money is returned to your account. This transaction will be completely free of charge.

IMPORTANT: It will be necessary to indicate the code of your bracelet, do not throw it away at the end of the festival.

The schedule and stage where each artist will perform will be published at the end of August on the social media and website of COP 2026. The forecast is that doors will open at approximately 17:00 and the venue will close around 03:15. The duration of each of these artists' shows will not vary from what is usually offered on their tour of festival performances (it is usually 50 minutes to 80 minutes, depending on the artist).

No. The bracelets are single use and non-transferable. Therefore, it is not possible to go one person one day and another person another, because the bracelet cannot be removed or broken. If the box office team detects a bracelet that is broken, poorly adjusted or worn by different people, they may deny entry to the venue.

If you have any problem with the bracelet – for example, it is worn or tight – do not take it off, go to the ticket office, where they will be able to help you and give you a new one.

For security reasons, it is not permitted to enter with food or objects (such as containers or Tupperware) that may be considered a risk (which could be thrown or launched at artists or the audience and cause harm) to ensure the safety of the event. Let's be sustainable! If you have a reusable cup at home from Phe Festival or any other festival, bring it along and we will gladly serve you at our bars. It is important that the cup has the standard size of the cups offered at the festival. We will not allow glass cups, cups with lids, or materials that can break and be dangerous.

And if you don't have one, or forget it, no problem: at the bars you will find returnable cups for €1. Take good care of it, at the end of the festival you can choose to:

– Keep it as a souvenir.

– Return it and get your euro back.

- Return it and donate the euro to a charity cause that we will announce later.

If it gets dirty, we'll exchange it for another one, but if it breaks we won't, so take care of it (we recommend keeping it for future editions).
