Pop rock duo Adora, originally from Gran Canaria and currently living in London, is made up of Romi Alter and Fran Sylver, two multifaceted artists who incorporate their experience in the world of music and fashion into their own distinctive project. A very wide range of interests fuels his ability to collage different sounds and aesthetics. Heavily inspired by classic rock as a starting point, Adora fuses the prowess of Dire Straits and the authenticity of Queen, with more modern sounds from the likes of Dua Lipa and The Weeknd. Giving birth to his own sound, from a balance between nostalgia and modernity. Having grown up in the Canaries gives them a lot of versatility, and often leads them to incorporate alternative details into their music. At their concerts, the theatrics of pop icons like Madonna come to life, but never lose the explosive and contagious energy of rock legends. A fresh and emerging proposal that we are looking forward to enjoying at Phe Festival 2023.
