Where can I buy tickets for PHE FESTIVAL 2025?
Can tickets be returned? Under what circumstances am I entitled to a refund? In case of cancellation, how is the refund organized?
No, once tickets are purchased, they cannot be returned.
Depending on the entry conditions, the inability to attend the festival (illness, travel, commitment, etc.) or the mistaken purchase of the ticket(s). They are not reasons that allow its return. The user will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal or resolution, in accordance with current regulations on consumption and retail trade management.
EVENT CANCELLATION: Under what circumstances am I entitled to a refund?
1. Once the ticket has been purchased, only the total amount will be changed or refunded. in case of TOTAL cancellation of the festival, as indicated in the general entry conditions, which the attendee accepts when making the purchase. Therefore, the cancellation of one of the performances on the artist lineup, for any extraordinary reason, is not a reason that allows the right to a refund.
In the case of a refund due to total cancellation of the event, only the amount of the ticket will be refunded, that is, the expenses incurred for attendance (such as hotels, flights, etc.) are at the buyer's own expense and risk, and cannot be borne by the event promoter.
In the event of total cancellation of the festival, the purchaser may request a refund within a period not exceeding 14 days or within the period legally determined from the date of public communication of the cancellation, in the manner specified by the Organizer.
CONTACT AND PERIOD OF INCIDENTS
For any questions, complaints or incidents, the festival makes the email available. incidences@phefestival.es in which each query will be attended to personally. IMPORTANT: The claims period will be closed one calendar month after the celebration of the festival.*
*In the exceptional case of the 2023 edition, the claims period was extended in consideration of the circumstance, closing the incident resolution process in December 2023.

How can I contact you if I have an incident or complaint? Contact and deadlines
For any questions, complaints or incidents, the festival makes the email available. incidences@phefestival.es through which each case will be handled by our team personally.
IMPORTANT: The deadline for submitting claims will be one calendar month after the festival is held. For logistical reasons, it will not be possible to guarantee that claims received after this deadline will be resolved.

Can you enter the festival with children or under 18?
Yes, Phe Festival wants to be an event open to all public, including children (up to a prudent hour such as 11:00 p.m., as indicated by current regulations).
But to organize ourselves in the most appropriate way, it is important to pay attention to these indications about ages, and above all the need to attend accompanied and authorized:
- Children under 12 years of age have free access to the festival*.
- Children between 13 and 17 years old must buy their normal ticket.
- Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by their mother/father/authorized guardian.
- To access the festival they must have a signed authorization from the legal guardian of the minor, which can be downloaded and delivered on the day of the festival, or it can be filled out by the mother/father/authorized guardian at the box office of the venue.
During their stay on the premises, the parents or legal guardians will be responsible for any action carried out by the minor.
In addition to authorization, responsible adults will need to bring a valid ticket. They must accompany the minor at all times, since their stay is not possible individually.
Failure to comply with the above requirements will be grounds for expulsion from the venue and will not give the right to any refund of the price paid for the minor's ticket.

If I can't go to the festival, can I resell my ticket?
No, ticket resale is not allowed.
Many times fake or duplicate tickets are resold. The person who has purchased a resold ticket assumes all responsibility in the event that their ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied or falsified, and loses all rights to access the venue.
Phe Festival declines all responsibility for tickets purchased at unofficial points of sale.
Phe Festival is not responsible for possible price differences with other means or sales channels.
If you ultimately cannot attend the festival, you can give your ticket to someone else. In the email received with your ticket you will find the option to change your name, in the 'manage my ticket' section. You can also contact Tickety staff to make the name change.
What is the payment system like inside the venue? Can you pay in cash?
The acquisition of drinks, food or products from the market will be done, as in previous editions, using the cashless bracelet. With your bracelet, you can enter and leave the venue easily without having to have your ticket on hand, and it will also be your wallet. You just have to take care of your bracelet as if it were your wallet and recharge it to make your payments. It is secure and gives you access to your history and balance at all times.
You can top it up with the amount you want at any time before and during the festival, both online and at physical points. Cashless bracelets can be recharged either with card, as with cash no problem.
Don't worry about the money you don't spend, it's all yours. When Phe 2024 ends, request a refund following the instructions through the festival website and within the stipulated period for the money to return to your account. This transaction will be completely free. IMPORTANT: It will be necessary to indicate the code of your bracelet, do not throw it away at the end of the festival.
I can't find the email with the subscription or ticket to download
If you cannot find the email where the ticket or subscription was attached to Phe 2024, you can consult in the customer service area of Tickety.
You can also go to the box office the week before the festival. They will help you there, as long as you are the ticket buyer and present your ID.
Your ticket code will only be validated once. It is your responsibility to safeguard it and prevent it from being duplicated.
IMPORTANT: the festival organization is not responsible in case of loss, theft of the ticket, purchase of tickets at unofficial points of sale or possible price differences with other means or sales channels.
Can the bracelet be exchanged with another person? What if it breaks or has a problem?
No. The bracelets are single use and non-transferable. Therefore, it is not possible to go one person one day and another person another, because the bracelet cannot be removed or broken. If the box office team detects a bracelet that is broken, poorly adjusted or worn by different people, they may deny entry to the venue.
If you have any problem with the bracelet – for example, it is worn or tight – do not take it off, go to the ticket office, where they will be able to help you and give you a new one.
Will I be able to enter and exit the venue?
Yeah.
The ticket, pass or invitation must be exchanged for a bracelet at the ticket office outside the venue. This bracelet allows all attendees to enter and leave the venue freely at any time. The loss of the bracelet will mean the loss of the right to enter and/or remain in the premises.
Access for people with reduced mobility and special needs
People with reduced mobility or special needs who come to Phe 2024 They will have a reserved area with chairs to guarantee the best visibility and comfort during the live shows. Only one companion per person will be able to access this area, since it is a small space.
The festival also has a limited number of bathrooms adapted for the access and use of people with functional limitations located in different areas of the venue.
Is the ticket nominative? Can someone else use it in case I can't attend?
Yes, the entry is nominative in this edition of Phe 2024. All ticket codes must be associated with the name of the person who will use it.
But if you ultimately cannot attend the festival and want to transfer it to another person, in the email received from your ticket there is the option to make the name change, in the 'manage my ticket' section. You can also contact the staff at Tickety.
Admission will depend on you presenting the ticket in good condition, that is, any ticket that is presented with signs of falsification will allow the organizer to deprive the person presenting it of access.
What happens if I buy my ticket at a point of sale that turns out to be fake?
The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket or subscription if it has not been acquired through the official sales channels (online and physical). To do this, youAll the entrances have different security systems.

Can food and drinks be brought in? Will there be a vegan food offer? Can you do it with baby food?
It is not possible to enter with food and/or objects (including containers or tupperware) that may be considered a risk (that may be thrown or thrown at artists or the public and may cause damage) to guarantee the safety of the event. However, access is allowed with small snacks (one per person) such as energy bars, nuts, pieces of fruit, etc.
Drinks from outside cannot be brought into the venue, only plastic bottles of water without a cap (maximum 0.5L) may be brought in. However, remember that at Phe Festival water is FREE. That is, you can order water at the bar and we will serve it to you free of charge. You will only need a reusable glass to serve yourself. Bring one from home or order one at the bar for €1 (Take care of it! It is returnable).
People with special dietary needs and duly justified baby food are exempt.
There will be a restaurant area with a wide range of food and drink for all tastes, including vegetarian, vegan and suitable for celiacs, at affordable prices.

Will there be reusable cups? How does the system work? Can I bring my own glass?
Let's be sustainable! If you have a reusable cup at home from Phe Festival or any other festival, bring it and we will be happy to serve you at our bars. It is important that the glass has the standard size of the glasses offered at the festival. We will not accept glass glasses, glasses with lids or materials that can break and be dangerous.
In addition, in all the festival bars you can buy an official Phe Festival reusable cup for €1. The reusable cups are not returnable, once you purchase it, it is yours and you can take it home as a souvenir. If it gets dirty, we'll change it for another one, but not if it breaks, so take care of it (we recommend saving it for future editions).

Is it possible to enter with a photo or video camera?
Access to the premises with professional cameras is prohibited. Any large camera or one with a removable lens is considered professional.
Only those cases that are expressly authorized by the organization will be able to access the venue with a camera, and especially to the areas provided for photographers; they must have press accreditation.
All image and intellectual property rights from any celebration or artistic performance that take place within the venue are reserved.
Can you enter the enclosure with animals?
Given the characteristics of the event, in Phe Festival We cannot allow animals of any kind to enter, except guide dogs and those authorized by the organization.
Will I be able to buy merchandise from the festival or from the artists?
Yes. The venue will have a shop Phe Festival where will it be for sale merchandise of the festival and of the artists and bands that make it available to the public. Remember that all payments at the venue will be made with the cashless bracelet, including merchandising purchases.
Can you smoke on the premises? Can you buy tobacco?
Smoking is allowed on the premises complying with the regulations that exist in this regard. A smoking area will be set up in the festival grounds to let the sea breeze take over everything and to respect smoke-free spaces. If you are a smoker, find these smoking areas. You will also find ashtrays that are also made by reusing materials 😉
There will be no specific tobacco sales stand.
When will the schedules of each performance be published? How long does each artist perform?
The schedule and stage where each artist performs will be published at the beginning of August on the club's social networks. Phe 2024. The forecast is that the doors will open at approximately 5:00 p.m. and the venue will close at around 3:00 a.m. The duration of each of these artists' shows will not vary from that usually offered on their festival performance tour (it is usually 50 minutes to 80 minutes, depending on the artist).
