In the case of return of tickets, if the cancellation was not due to force majeure, only the amount of the same will be returned, including, among others, the management costs. Travel, accommodation or any other expense related to the show that has been contracted, are at the risk and expense of the buyer, without it being possible to refund these amounts in any case by the ticket seller or the promoter of the show.

In the event of postponement or cancellation of the concert, and without prejudice to the rights recognized by these general conditions, the organizer may offer you a compensation proposal that restores the reciprocity of interests of the contract and constitutes due and reasonable compensation.

In the event of a limitation of the capacity of the venue at the request or recommendation of the Public Administrations (state, regional and local), health institutions or other organizations as a measure regarding COVID-19, the promoter will inform as soon as possible and will return, in the within 14 days, the full amount paid for the tickets to those buyers who will no longer be able to access the event due to such limitations, following the chronological order of purchase of the tickets: the last tickets that have been purchased will be the first to be returned.

1.3 The Organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at official points of sale. Resale of the ticket is not allowed. The Organization does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or theft of the ticket. You must guard your ticket until the day of the event as if it were cash. The beneficiary of the ticket or the person in whose name the ticket is personalized, assumes all responsibility in the event that their ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied or falsified, losing all the rights that it grants to access the event. Only the first entry that is presented and its code validated will be valid. Any entry with the same code, submitted later, will be totally invalid.

2. Access to the venue

2.1 The Organization will deny access to the venue to any person if any of the following circumstances occur:

2.1.1 The entry is incomplete, amended, torn or with signs of forgery.

2.1.6 The Organization may deny access or expel the ticket holder from the premises in the event of non-compliance with the instructions of the Organization's staff, as well as in the event that it can reasonably be presumed that a situation of risk or danger will be created for the own carrier or other attendees or due to states of apparent or potential intoxication, the carrier being personally responsible in all cases for their own actions and omissions that cause injury to third parties or damage to property.

3. Cashless bracelet

3.1 Access to the venue, as well as the purchase of drinks, food or items within the venue will be made only with the cashless bracelet.
