An extensive program of activities multiplies the attractions of the music and trends festival throughout the week, in advance of the concert days on August 19 and 20
The best sounds of current independent music will once again be protagonists in Puerto de la Cruz by the hand of Phe Festival, which will bring together 20 national and international artists and bands in the two days of concerts held by the sea on August 19 and 20, in the precinct installed on the esplanade of the wharf. The seventh edition of this summer event offers from this Monday, August 15, a extensive program of activities that combine trends, contemporary art, yoga, urban sports, innovation, creativity, active tourism or wine culture to complete and expand the festival experience for all attendees.
Los Planetas, Xoel López, Instituto Mexicano del Sonido, Queralt Lahoz, Dani, The Parrots, Kokoshca, Las Dianas, The Weeird and Mollo & The Freestyle Poodoo Experts will set the pace on the first day of direct friday 19 on the two stages that the festival will feature this year. On Saturday 20, the most exciting sounds will come from the hand of Digitalism, Viva Suecia, Maika Makovski, Alizzz, Mula, Adiós Amores, Chaqueta de Chándal, El Faro, Lucia Tachetti and Baldosa.
Tickets and subscriptions are on sale online on the platform Tickety.es and on the website itself www.phefestival.es. From this Saturday, August 13, they can also be purchased at the box office installed next to the concert venue, on the esplanade of the Puerto de la Cruz pier, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., except Friday 19 and Saturday. 20, which will be uninterrupted from 11:00 a.m.
As in previous editions, Phe Festival will feature its iconic Phe Market and PheFood, an area of trends, selection of brands, diverse restoration to satisfy all kinds of tastes and needs and different rest points designed especially for the family public. A week of experiences in the city
To complete the festival experience in Puerto de la Cruz, Phe 2022 recovers and expands the proposals for leisure, creativity and entertainment that it has been developing as added value to the concerts since its first edition.
Phe Summer Camp will take twenty activities to ten spaces in the municipality between 15 and 18 August so that those attending the festival, in addition to enjoying the best live music, can get to know and tune in to a city rich in identities. This catalog of proposals related to urban sports, active tourism, nature and a healthy lifestyle that will contribute to revitalizing the cultural offer, the external image and the social and economic development of Puerto de la Cruz.
Phe Creative will liven up the evenings from 15 to 18 August turning the festival into a meeting point with the work that is carried out in the field of enoculture in the north of Tenerife. It will be through a series of talks starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Puerto de la Cruz International Liquor Store, by Bodegas Arautava, Bodegas Viñátigo, Bodega La Haya and DO Valle de la Orotava.
Under the premise of innovation and culture, the garden of the former convent of Santo Domingo in Puerto de la Cruz hosts an open dialogue on social innovation and creativity focused on the world of the music industry on the afternoon of Thursday, August 18, with free admission. Moderated by the journalist Job Ledesma, it is a relaxed conversation that will include the participation of project promoters, promoters or managers, such as Joan Vich Montaner, author of the book Here I lived. An emotional chronicle of my 25 years at the FIB (Libros del KO, 2022), Marian Lozano, from the Casa Maracas Agency and the Mayor and Councilor for Culture of Puerto de la Cruz, Marco González, to share a day of debate and analysis.
