Phe incorporates cashless payment in its 2020 edition

This year Phe Festival It is committed to a balance between keeping live music alive and guaranteeing the safety of everyone: the public, artists and workers. For this reason, among the novelties that it develops in its fifth edition, cashless payment is incorporated.

It is a system that not only makes spending more comfortable for the attending public, but also contributes to reducing the environmental impact of the festival thanks to technology.

Cashless payment also adds to our commitment to a safe culture, in a new context in which we have adapted the organization of the event to the new health regulations, since it allows the traceability of each one of the attendees, the monitoring constant capacity, while avoiding the circulation of cash.

How does it work?

This year the cashless bracelet will be all you need to enjoy live music in Ph 2020. You can control with it all the money you want to spend and recharge it before and during the festival.

Exchange your ticket for a bracelet upon arrival at the venue installed in the El Peñón Municipal Stadium, at the posts and times set up for this purpose. Keep in mind that it is for single use and non-transferable, as well as mandatory to enter and leave the premises.

When you go to replenish energy at the bars at Phe Food or at Phe Market, pay with the cashless bracelet, where you can check your balance by accessing online or asking the staff to assist you (at the bar or at the food and brand stalls) have it scanned.

Being the only payment method within the venue, it must be in perfect condition. Try not to break it and don't lose it.

Where and how do you recharge?

You can recharge it for the amount you want through an agile and secure system, once you have the bracelet in advance or during the festival.

Anticipated. You can do it online through an access on our website, and the procedure is like any card payment.

In Phe. If you prefer, you can also recharge at the box office –which opens to the public from Thursday the 20th in the afternoon, outside the venue–, or at the recharge point installed in the El Peñón Municipal Stadium, paying in both cases in cash or card.

If you run out of balance, all you have to do is go to the points enabled on the premises, where you can load your wallet.

Remaining balance

Don't worry about the money you don't spend. When I finish Ph 2020, request a refund by following the instructions on the festival website and within the stipulated period for the cash to return to your account.

IMPORTANT: It will be necessary to indicate the code of your bracelet, do not throw it away at the end of the festival.
