The Tenerife music and trends festival brings to Puerto de la Cruz a wide range of parallel activities with workshops and meetings for the family audience with the proposals Phe Summer Camp and Phe Yoga

The eighth edition of the Phe Festival, which is held in Puerto de La Cruz, Tenerife, on July 18 and 19, is much more than a musical experience. The festival reinforces content and parallel activities beyond the 20 hours of live music that will take place on Friday and Saturday with performances by the British Orbital and The Reytons, the Argentine rapper Trueno, and national artists such as Natalia Lacunza, Arde Bogotá, Second, Bala, Rocío Márquez and Bronquio, Jimena Amarillo or Shinova, among others. This reinforcement in the leisure and entertainment offer means that this month of August, in the week of the Phe Festival, Puerto de la Cruz and spaces such as Jardines Playa Jardín, Plaza Europa and La Marea Surf, in Playa Martiánez, They will be the settings for different experiences related to urban sports, active leisure, and healthy lifestyles for adults and children.

With Summer and Yoga, framed in PheXperiences, which implement other consolidated proposals in the history of the Phe Festival, such as Urban Sports and Gallery, the public that visits Puerto de La Cruz will have a wide range of leisure and entertainment during the festival week.

The unique vacation experience offered by Phe Festival has a date set for this eighth edition, Saturday August 19, with the celebration of the fourth edition of Phe Yoga. A popular and extraordinary meeting that combines various disciplines of meditation and physical well-being to enjoy Phe Festival with the best possible body. A collective invitation to participate in this Yoga Meeting in the Plaza de Europa, in which five yoga sessions have been scheduled for fans of this practice and people who want to discover it. From Monday, August 14, the Phe Festival inaugurates the activities programmed in the Summer, which is sponsored by Hospiten, with surf classes for children and adults, which are held at La Marea Surf School, in Playa Martiánez; capoeira, slackline, acroyoga and inverted workshops, in the Playa Jardín Gardens; and workshops surfskate and slackline, as well as initiation workshops to BMX, skate and scooter for all ages, in Plaza Europa, in Puerto de La Cruz.

With this offer of parallel activities of the Phe Festival, the public will be able to learn the arts of surfing in a fun and safe way in the waters of Puerto de La Cruz, while the elderly will also be able to start or improve their skills in this sport. And much more, because the Summer invites you to discover capoeira, a discipline that combines martial art, artistic expression and sports practice, through an initiation workshop; to challenge the skills of balance and concentration to walk the tightrope in a slackline workshop; to explore the world upside down with inverted postures in which you have to defy gravity; the combination of yoga and acrobatics as a couple; or learn to surf on the asphalt and enjoy an adventure on wheels with initiation workshops to BMX, skate and scooter for all audiences.
