you know that in Phe Festival We aspire to be a platform that generates artistic and social actions with personality that inspire a committed and active public. That's why we don't want to only offer live concerts, which there will also be, and with a luxury line-up! Our hope is that whoever approaches Cross port the second week of august find a great entertainment experience made up of the sum of music, cinema, trends, gastronomy and innovation.
So we have launched with the call for Phe Films: an eintensive filming meeting for the creation of an audiovisual piece in Tenerife during the celebration of the festival. And we know that in the Canary Islands there are great creatives, very skilled with camera techniques, and for this reason we want to invite you to discover the potential of the tourist city, where culture is breathed in each of its streets, houses, monuments and landscapes, and turn them into the perfect movie set.
Do you want to be the next winner of the Goya for best short? We have prepared this list with some charming place ideas (or not) to shoot the movie of the century and win the Phe Films award (yes, it has reward). Throw a little imagination and action!
1.- Port Street Art
For those looking for original decorations, there is nothing better than discovering the urban art that turns Puerto de la Cruz into an open-air museum: Puerto Street Art.
2.- The legendary Taoro hotel
If suspense stories are your thing, there's nothing cooler than the old Taoro hotel, the place where Agatha Christie stayed during her visit in 1927 and now offers a more than mysterious aspect…

We have also thought of those who prefer stories bathed by the sea, be it the auteur genre, catastrophes or romantic drama. For lovers of the waves and the smell of the Atlantic, Puerto de la Cruz offers two wonderful black sand beaches, Martiánez and Playa Jardín, as well as the natural pools of the San Telmo shoals or Lake Martiánez, a complex designed by César Manrique.
