The humble seafaring origins of this Portuense neighborhood, which runs between Plaza del Charco and Pe\u00f1\u00f3n del Fraile, coexists with the cosmopolitan air conferred by its historic opening to the Atlantic, imbuing each of its picturesque corners with authenticity and character.
