The event multiplies its locations, its capacity and also the variety of disciplines that can be practiced within this activity that is on its way to becoming one of the classics of the encounter with music and trends.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1p8\"><span class=\"v1s1\">The consolidation of Phe as a festival that transcends the purely musical is confirmed, among other proposals, with this call to which both those who already practice yoga in any of its multiple variants and those who decide to approach this activity for the first time as a optimal way to cultivate the body and mind<\/span><span class=\"v1s3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1p7\"><span class=\"v1s1\">The diversification of spaces, in a bid to promote cooperation with some city centers in a sustainable and cooperative model of circular economy, l<strong>will take Phe Yoga to different places and rooms in Puerto de la Cruz<\/strong>. Thus, Playa Jard\u00edn and its surroundings, the Happiness yoga centers and El Arbol Therapies or Andana Beach Club, will become meeting places where you can improve your practice or discover classic disciplines as well as newer ones. Aerial yoga and inversions workshop to explore the world from other perspectives; Iyengar Yoga, more leisurely and focused on improving postures and achieving adequate breathing and increasing flexibility; Power Vinyasa Yoga, an energizing and active practice; Hatha Yoga and Yoga of sound, an intensive workshop with live music with harmonium. On Friday the 19th, Playa Marti\u00e1nez will also be the scene of a special session in which a yoga class and an introductory surfing class will be taught, a magnificent proposal for restless spirits and bodies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1p9\"><span class=\"v1s1\">Although without the capacity limitations or the restrictions of previous years, in which the context of the health crisis meant a significant decrease in the number of attendees, Phe Yoga intends to become this year an unavoidable meeting point and the great event for lovers of this practice that gained great popularity during the pandemic. The collaboration with the Culture and Environment areas of Puerto de la Cruz and stable agreements with entities such as Ecoembes, Ecovidrio and Mart\u00ednez Cano Canarias enable the development of different activities to enjoy a sustainable, inclusive and fair festival. Also, <a href=\"https:\/\/phefestival.es\/en\/sostenibilidad\/\">the publication of sustainable guides on the festival website<\/a> makes available to both attendees and suppliers the bases and recommendations on which the Phe organization works in this regard. The revitalization of the cultural ecosystem and tourism, the economic reactivation in the cultural sector, one of the hardest hit during the pandemic crisis, and the reconnection with the public must be understood in an actively responsible manner, according to the organizers.<\/span><span class=\"v1s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1p8\"><span class=\"v1s1\"><strong>Phe Festival for equality<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1p8\"><span class=\"v1s1\">What&#039;s more, <strong>Phe Festival<\/strong> It is committed to gender equality both in the organization and in programming, with policies and measures that promote equality in the cultural and communication sectors. It tries, in this sense, to go one step further as an organization by dealing with equality in these sectors to detect problematic situations and propose solutions. The most obvious proof is a personnel organization chart in which the 50% are women, occupying positions of responsibility in various areas.
