Die bescheidenen Urspr\u00fcnge dieses Viertels in Portuense, das sich zwischen der Plaza del Charco und dem Pe\u00f1\u00f3n del Fraile erstreckt und von der Seefahrt gepr\u00e4gt ist, koexistieren mit der kosmopolitischen Atmosph\u00e4re, die ihm die historische \u00d6ffnung zum Atlantik verleiht, und verleihen jeder seiner malerischen Ecken Authentizit\u00e4t und Charakter. Der Name des Viertels stammt von der ersten Person, die sich an diesem heute bezaubernden Ort niederlie\u00df: Es ist der Soldat Ruiz Ranilla, wahr oder falsch?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der pr\u00e4gnante Stadtplan, dessen erster Grundriss auf den Beginn des 18.
